浙江省对外直接投资问题研究

摘  要

 对外直接投资是我省民营企业发展到一定阶段的必然选择,由于我省的对外投资才刚刚起步，民营企业对外投资必然会面临种种困难，对对外直接投资的研究无疑对于指导我省民营企业的FDI活动具有重要的意义。因此本文在研究国外对外直接投资理论的基础上,分析了民营企业对外投资的优势和劣势,以对我省民营企业的对外投资有所帮助。

The Research of Foreign direct investment in Zhejiang

Abstract: FDI is an inevitable choice for zhejiang Private Enterprise.，As the province's foreign investment has just started ， Private foreign investment enterprises will face difficulties。And studies on FDI theories are important in guiding our enterprises FDI practice. So based on foreign studies on FD I theories, with the Analysis of the private foreign investment advantages and disadvantages,
 this article emphatically reviews the related study results in China, so as to help the province's private enterprises to invest overseas.
