绿色贸易壁垒对浙江机电行业的影响及对策

摘   要

     机电产品是我国出口的主导产品，在中国出口贸易中占有举足轻重的地位。近年来，浙江机电产品出口一直保持着持续、快速的增长，机电产品已成为浙江省第一大类出口产品，它已成为全省对外贸易和经济稳定增长的重要因素。但随着中国入世以及新贸易保护主义的兴起，近年来浙江机电产品出口面临的绿色贸易壁垒日益突出，在国际市场上屡屡遭到绿色贸易壁垒的限制和约束，出口退运等现象日益严重。本文从绿色贸易壁垒产生原因出发，结合浙江机电产品遭遇绿色贸易壁垒的现实影响，并分别从政府和企业提出应对绿色贸易壁垒的措施，以提升浙江省机电产品国际竞争力，促进浙江机电产品的出口。

Abstract

Electromechanical products are the main products in our country’s export, which play an important part in the foreign trade of our country. For Zhejiang Province, the continuous and rapid growth of electromechanical products export in recent years is encouraging, and now it has taken the first place in the export, which makes a lot of contribution on the foreign trade and the stable growth of economics. However, after we joined the WTO as well as the setting up of new trade protectionism, in the recent years, the Electromechanical Products have been suffering a lot from the Green Trade Barrier in the International Market, and the situation becomes more and more serious. This paper will advice some countermeasures from both government and enterprise sizes to reply the Green Trade Barrier by analyzing the reasons of leading to the Green Trade Barrier and the influences suffered by our electromechanical products. Though these countermeasures with the purpose to enforce the competitive strength of the electromechanical products so as to promoting the export of electromechanical products in Zhejiang
