摘要

随着近年来网络的快速发展和人们对网络更多的需要,我国的电子商务事业经过几年的磨练逐步由稚嫩走向成熟。马云说：“中国的电子商务和美国、日本的巨大区别，在于发展阶段和发展层次” 。网络通信和信息技术的突破性进展使得电子商务活动呈现出勃勃生机。我国的电子商务起步虽晚，但发展势头强劲。eBay 高管曾说过,“在今后的5 年- 10 年中, 全球电子商务公司的竞争焦点将聚集于中国, 在中国市场取得份额多少决定着它们的兴衰”。针对中国目前电子商务的现状,所面临的一些现实问题,这些问题和困难都制约着我国电子商务的发展。诸如安全问题、技术问题、经济与费用问题、隐私权问题、法律法规问题、人才问题、税务问题、信用问题等，提出了解决问题的对策和建议。并从不同的角度提出了推动其发展的一些解决看法，研究电子商务现状和制定实施恰当的电子商务的政策问题就十分迫切。
本文从我国电子商务发展的环境，存在的问题，目前我国电子商务的发展趋势三个方面，探讨分析了我国电子商务发展的现状。

Abstract
With the rapid development in recent years, networks and people need to network more, China's e-commerce business after several years of tempering gradually from immature to mature. Ma said: "China's e-commerce and the United States, Japan, the huge difference lies in the development stage and level of development." Networks, communications and information technology breakthroughs allow e-commerce activities have shown their vitality. eBay executives have said, "In the next 5 years - 10 years, the focus of the company's competitive global e-commerce will gather in China, made in the Chinese market share determines how much of their rise and fall." China's current e-commerce for the status quo, some of the practical problems faced by these problems and difficulties are restricting the development of electronic commerce in China. Such as security issues, technical issues, economic and cost issues, privacy issues, legal regulatory issues, personnel issues, tax issues, credit issues and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem.
This article from our e-commerce development environment, existing problems, the current development trend of China's three aspects of e-commerce, e-commerce development in China are analyzed to explore the status quo.
