摘要

目前，单片机正朝着高性能和多品种方向发展，发展趋势将是进一步向着CMOS化、低功耗、小体积、大容量、高性能、低价格和外围电路内装化等几个方面发展。而其中高速度大容单片微机的的在各大领域中引起很大反响，在智能控制中应用广泛。如今它的功能日益完善，这也是以满足诸多领域各种错综复杂的“现场控制”。而MCS-51系列单片机在微机领域有着重要的作用。
此次设计主要通过晒版机外部键盘控制其中抽真空时间和曝光时间。可以预先设置抽真空时间，暴光时间参数，并保存在EEPROM中，开机时自动从EEPROM读取设定参数。然后可通过键盘修改时间值，用数码管来显示抽真空时间，暴光时间，用发光二极管指示当前的工作状态。工作时以倒计时方式显示剩余时间，当定时时间到时，开启或关闭相应的继电器。
本文介绍了在此次设计中，主要用到的AT89C2051、CD4094、24C02芯片，涉及主要内容包括显示模块和控制模块，以及应用到的工具protel、proteus等。

ABSTRACT

Currently, SCM is moving in the direction of high-performance and multi-species, trends will be further towards the CMOS, low power consumption, small size, large capacity, high performance, low price and built the external circuit and so a number of areas. Which high-speed large capacity single-chip microcomputer in various areas has aroused great repercussion is widely used in intelligent control. Now it features more complete, which is to meet a variety of complex fields, "site control." And the MCS-51 in the field of computer plays an important role.
Designed to achieve this drying plate keyboard vacuum right time and exposure control. Vacuum pre-set time, the exposure time parameters, and the preservation of the EEPROM, Boot automatically read from the EEPROM parameters. Digital vacuum tube time, exposure time, using LED indicates the current state of work. Work with the countdown displays the remaining time to time when the regular, open or close the corresponding relay.
This paper describes the design of the current, mainly used in the AT89C2051, CD4094. 24C02 chip, involving mainly module and control module, and the application of the tools Protel, such as proteus.
