摘    要
 借鉴国内外的先进管理经验，结合YUKO(悠客)全国连锁机构实际运做情况及世界市场的新形势，着重从市场多元化经营战略的角度对YUKO(悠客)全国连锁机构如何更加合理地利用不断扩大的国际市场，求得生存与发展这一亟待解决的问题进行深入剖析。
 本文对以往国内外知名企业发展战略的深入分析及总结，针对YUKO(悠客) 全国连锁机构现有的运行机制及管理模式提出不足之处，同时结合其自身项目条件和项目优势，分析YUKO(悠客) 全国连锁机构实施多元化经营战略的可行性和必要性，并且结合现有的相当一部分企业是完全照搬传统超市的方式去经营和管理便利店，并随着经营规模的不断扩大，暴露出各种各样的问题，通过对便利店业态的运营特点和效用进行分析，从而寻找一种适宜这种业态及YUKO(悠客)连锁机构发展的多元化经营战略。

Abstract
