^论文编号:GS370 ^论文字数:11641,页数:14 附外文翻译 摘 要 在当今这个知识经济的时代,管理理念对于企业而言可能是最为宝贵的无形财富之一,这是毋庸置疑的。笔者深深地体会到，企业管理理念是决定企业成败的关键。而且，企业管理理念具有与时俱进的特点。它随着企业发展内外环境的变化而变化，更随着企业家及其员工对企业与社会发展认识的深化而深化。不同时代有不同的理念，同时代中因世界观、人生观、价值观和方法论的不同，其理念也天壤有别。第一部分，对企业管理理念的发展进行概括,同时指出了再好的理念如果没有实践者也只能徘徊在企业的外边。第二部分,介绍了企业管理理念的作用和意义。第三部分,对我国企业管理理念应用现状提出一些问题。第四部分，针对上述问题，提出解决问题的办法和对策。第五部分，简单的介绍了21世纪企业管理理念的发展趋势。 关键词：管理理念；创新 Abstract: In today's knowledge of economy times, the management concept for enterprises might be one of the most valuable intangible asset, there is no doubt. I deeply understand that enterprises decision management philosophy is the key weather success or failure. Moreover, management enterprises have the features of the concept. With its internal and external environment for enterprise development changing, but with the entrepreneurs and their employees to understand the business and social development and deepen reforms. Different times has different ideas, because of the world outlook, outlook on life and values and different methodology, the concept also emerged great differently. The first part, showed the enterprise management concept for the development of broad, noting that the best ideas in the absence of practitioners can only hover in enterprises outside. The second part, introduced the concept of enterprise management role and significance. The third part of the enterprise management concepts status application raised some questions. The forth part is to address the problem and proposed solution approach. The last part, the simple introduced the concept of the 21st century enterprise management trends.
