摘  要
 
 21世纪是中国经济发展和管理模式变迁的一个重要时期。这种变迁的重要特点，就是林业经济。林业生态状况如何，这已经成为衡量一个国家是否富足，社会是否文明，和谐的重要标志之一。在过去的发展中，汪清林业局取得了很多成绩，但也留下了很多问题。目前，森林资源危机仍未得到彻底缓解，森工产业、产品结构调整力度不够，“独木支撑”的产业格局没有彻底打破，产业体系建设严重滞后，结构性矛盾突出等问题严重制约着林业局未来的发展.
 本文通过对汪清林业局的地理情况、自然状况、过去发展所遗留的问题和目前发展中存在的优势与弊端进行分析，找出汪清林业局在未来的发展中所要面对和解决的问题。并本着可持续发展，发挥地区优势的原则，对汪清林业局的森林资源保护，特色经济建设，旅游业发展和经营机制改革等方面的发展战略提出了一些观点和看法。
