摘要

随着时代的进步和历史的发展一些中小企业的作用变的越来越重要，乡镇企业的历史地位也在不断提高，本文对吉林省乡镇企业做出了一个系统的分析，通过研究吉林省乡镇企业的发展历程，论证指出及其发展前景。这个调查报告对乡镇企业的现在及其未来都有一定的参考性。
本文以吉林省的乡镇企业为研究背景，阐述吉林省乡镇企业的发展概况、特点及乡镇企业发展的现状，强调了吉林省乡镇企业在国民经济中的作用。本文总结了吉林省乡镇企业近二十年的成就，对吉林省乡镇企业现在的发展状况进行了系统的分析：工业污染源及其主要环境问题给我们提出一个挑战——乡镇企业的发展要以环境保护为前提；加大资金扶持力度；加速企业技术改造和新产品开发；加强人才的培养和引进，全力推进乡镇企业快速高效发展。本文共分为四个部分，第一部分介绍了吉林省乡镇企业的作用和地位，从而明确了吉林省发展乡镇企业的意义；第二部分介绍了吉林省乡镇企业的现状与不足；第三部分针对吉林省乡镇的特点介绍了吉林省乡镇企业的发展对策研究；第四部分介绍了吉林省乡镇企业的未来发展趋势——要与新农村建设相辅相成。

The study on current situation and countermeasure of the township enterprise in Jilin Province
Abstract: The function of some small and medium-sized enterprises becomes more and more important with the development of progressive history of the times, the historical position of the township enterprise is rising constantly too, this text makes the analysis of a system to the township enterprise of Jilin Province, prove and point out the development course of the township enterprise of Jilin Province and development prospect through studying. The survey report and the next have sure reference nature to now in township enterprise.
This text regards township enterprise of Jilin Province as the background to study, explain the development overview of township enterprise of Jilin Province, the current situations of the characteristic and development of township enterprise, have emphasize the role in national economy of township enterprise of Jilin Province, has summarized the achievement in the past 20 years of villages and towns of Jilin Province, have carried on systematic analysis to the state of development of the township enterprise now of Jilin Province; But industrial pollution sources and main environmental problem propose a challenge for us - -Question before the development of the township enterprise should be regarded environmental protection as; Strengthen fund support; Accelerate enterprise's technological transformation and new product development; Strengthen talents' cultivation and introduction, advance the fast high-efficient development of township enterprise with all strength. This text is divided into four parts altogether, Part one Have introduced function and position of the township enterprise of Jilin Province, thus defined the meaning in which Jilin Province develops the township enterprise; Part two Have introduced current situation and deficiency of the township enterprise of Jilin Province; Part three Have recommended the development countermeasure of the township enterprise of Jilin Province to study according to the characteristics of villages and towns of Jilin Province; Part four Have introduced the future development trend of the township enterprise of Jilin Province - -Complement each other with new rural construction.
