  摘要
 
 我国的中小型企业大多是以家庭管理模式为中心来发展的，最近随着中国加入WTO，很多的中小型企业在面临着改型。这其中也给中小型的企业带来很多的问题和困难。家庭管理模式的形成有其历史的背景和社会的原因，它对华人企业的发展和华人经济的崛起发挥了十分重要的积极作用。但是，随着技术的进步、经济的发展，面对经济全球化和管理信息化、知识化的挑战，它也逐渐表现出其局限性，其中生产与动作管理这个流程便成为阻碍我们企业进一步发展的绊脚石。由于成本难以降低，与其他大型企业相比缺少了核心竞争力。为此，我将对中小型企业的管理及成本控制问题加以研究，以解决中小型企业面临的难题。企业的成本主要包括采购成本、生产成本，管理成本、销售成本等几部分。而决定这些成本的又包括多方面的内容。
 每个企业管理都应该知道：利润=销售额—成本，由此等式可见，在销售额不便的情况下，成本减少一元，利润就增加一元。所以企业在考虑增加利润时，不仅要增加销售额，也要降低成本。本文是通过我在长春一汽四环恒兴汽车零部件有限公司的实习基础上，试图对公司的经营成本进行控制，对公司的经营管理找到一些新的实用方法，以便公司能够更好的发展而做出的相关方面问题的研究。

 Abstract：Our country's Small and  medium-sized enterpris mostly  is develops take the family management pattern as the center, recently  joined WTO along with China, many Small and medium-sized enterprises  were facing the modification. These also give the middle and small scale  enterprise to bring many questions and the difficulty. The family  management pattern's formation has its historical background and  society's reason, it rose to the Chinese people enterprise's development  and the Chinese people  economy has played the very  vital  positive  role. But,along with the technical progress,the economical  development, facing the economic globalization and the management informationization, the knowledge-based challenge,it also gradually displays its  limitation,  produces and the movement manages this flow then  to  become  hinders  the stumbling obstacle which our enterprise  further develops. Because  the cost reduces with difficulty,compared with other Major industries  has lacked the core competitiveness. Therefore, I will study to Small and medium-sized enterprise's management and the cost control question, will  solve the difficult problem which the Small and medium-sized enterprise  will face. Enterprise's cost mainly  includes  the Procurement costs， the production cost, the managed cost,  the selling costs and so on  several parts. But decided that these costs include various content. This  article is popular in permanently  the  automobile spare part Limited  company's practice foundation through me in  the ChangChun FAW  Sihuan   Hengxing  Automotive Components CO.,Ltd, attempts to carry on the  control to company's cost of operation,found some new practice means to  company's management and operation, so that the company could can a  better development make related aspect question research.
