: along with the economic globalization, the competition among the enterprises is becoming fiercer; at the same time, the service industry the position in national economy is more important. The current situation, improve service quality, meet customer demand, establish the competition advantage of enterprises become more and more enterprises to gain a foothold in the competition strategy. However, the special nature of the service industry to the traditional mode of quality improvement interventions said of an aged person. Six Sigma management as a new management mode, in the manufacturing industry has made brilliant achievements. This paper briefly introduces the Six Sigma management basic theory, analysis of Six Sigma in Chinese service industry applicability, and through the case to illustrate the application of DMAIC model to improve the quality of service of process.
