浅析内部顾客——员工满意度
摘要：员工现在越来越被看作企业的重要资源，员工满意才能使顾客满意，进而为企业创造更大价值。企业的获利能力主要是由顾客忠诚度决定的，顾客忠诚度是由顾客满意度决定的，顾客满意度是由所获得的价值大小决定的，而价值大小最终要靠富有工作效率、对公司忠诚的员工来创造，而员工对公司的忠诚取决于其对公司是否满意。所以，欲提高顾客满意度，需要先提高员工满意度。

Brief analysis internal customer
          —— Staff degree of satisfaction
Abstract：The staff more and more is regarded now as the enterprise the important resources, the staff satisfies can make the customer to be satisfied, then creates a greater value for the enterprise.Enterprise's profit ability mainly is by the customer loyalty decision, the customer loyalty is decided by the customer degree of satisfaction, the customer degree of satisfaction is by the value size decision which obtains, but the value size finally must depend on the rich working efficiency, creates to the company loyal staffs, but the staff is decided loyally to the company by it to the company whether satisfies.Therefore, wants to enhance the customer degree of satisfaction, needs to enhance the staff degree of satisfaction first.
