论小企业集群中的成本优势

摘  要
 大力推行成本优势，是我国小企业集群提高竞争优势的有利途径。我国东部沿海地区为中小企业集群的积聚地，其中浙江省的小企业集群尤其突出。本文以分析小企业集群成本优势的理论为依托，通过对浙江省环杭州湾地区的小企业集群的具体实例的调查与研究，指出我国小企业集群在发挥成本优势的表现，并提出在这个过程中所出现的问题及产生该问题的原因，在此基础上，笔者从集群外部和内部两个角度来探讨解决这一问题的思路及方法，从而使小企业集群更好的发挥其成本优势。

 Abstract
Vigorously promoting clustering advantage is a useful way to increase competitivty for small clustered firms in china. Small clustered firms mostly locate in coast area in east china, especially in Zhejiang province. This study researches empirical evidence on small clustered firms in hangzhouwan area (zhejiang province, china), indicate some problem in the process of the small clustered firms developing cost advantages and analyze the reason which caused these problems, according to the cost advantage theory of small clustered firms. And the author also discusses the way to resolve these problems from inner and outer aspects, so that it is better develop the costal advantage for small clustered firms.
