浅析中部地区中小企业融资中存在的问题
 
摘   要
 中小企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分，同时也是中部地区经济发展的重要支柱。近些年，在国家政策的帮助和引导下中部地区中小企业融资状况有所改善，但“融资难”日益成为其进一步发展的巨大障碍。解决的途径主要有建立健全扶持我国中小企业融资的法律、法规，建立和完善中小企业信用制度体系和担保体系，学习和借鉴东部地区优秀的中小企业融资成果，大力发展和引进与中小企业相对应的民营中小企业金融机构等诸多方面。本文阐述了中部地区中小企业发展过程中融资难的现状,提出存在的问题，并针对中小企业融资存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。

Abstract
 Small and medium-sized enterprises in China is an important part of the national economy, but also the central regions economic development of the important pillars. In recent years, national policy in the central region to help and guide the financing of small and medium enterprises condition improved, but "financing" increasingly become the further development of the huge obstacle. The solution of main have set up and perfect the support of the small and medium-sized enterprise financing laws and regulations and establish and perfect the small and medium enterprise credit system and guarantee system, learn from the eastern region of small and medium-sized enterprise financing outstanding achievements, develop and introduce and small and medium-sized enterprise correspond to the small and medium-sized private enterprises of financial institutions, and other aspects. This paper expounds the central region in the process of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises difficult situation of financing, put forward the existing problems, and in the light of the small and medium-sized enterprise financing problems, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
