吉林省零售业物流现状分析与对策研究

摘要
 
 进入二十一世纪，零售业逐渐成为供应链发展的主导力量，对经济发展和人民生活的影响口益深远。我国零售业在借鉴国外经验的基础上，也取得了快速的发展。与此同时，物流作为企业“第二大利润源”的重要性也逐渐被认识，国内零售企业开始对原有的物流体系进行改革。
 但现代物流观念在吉林省的发展还不成熟，零售业物流在建设过程中还存在不少问题，这突出表现在物流运作的效率比较低，物流流程设计不合理。此外，吉林省零售业配送中心和物流信息化的建设也很不完善，配送中心效率低下，功能单一；信息化技术水平落后，运用层次低。这些存在的问题，成为零售业快速扩张的障碍。针对这些存在的问题，我们必须在配送中心、物流信息化建设上加快改革的步伐，结合我国的实际情况，社会化配送中心是一种值得推广的配送中心模式;在物流信息化建设过程中，企业应从自身实际出发，准确定位信息化的需求层次，完善信息化人才的培训体系，正确处理信息化与基础管理之间的关系。当然，现代物流体系的建设不应局限与企业内部，应该从整个供应链的角度出发，追求供应链物流的一体化。零售业可以依靠其在掌握顾客需求上的优势，引导供应链成员实现物流信息共享，建立稳定可靠的战略合作关系，建设零售业敏捷物流。本文运用理论研究方法，归纳了国外零售业物流的发展经验，并与我国的现状进行对比分析，在此基础上对吉林省零售业物流的发展进行初步的探讨，在配送中心、物流信息化和供应链物流建设方面提出了一些建议。

 Abstract
 In the 21st century, the retail trade becomes gradually supplies the leading force which the chain develops, is profound to the economic development and lives of the people's influence mouth profit. Our country retail trade in profits from the overseas experience's foundation also has made the fast progress. Meanwhile, physical distribution as enterprise “second big profit source” the importance gradually was also known that the domestic Retail business starts to the original physical distribution system to carry on the reform. The modern physical distribution idea is not but mature in Jilin Province's development, the retail trade physical distribution also has many problems in the construction process, this displays prominently in the physical distribution operation efficiency is quite low, the physical distribution flow designs unreasonable. In addition, the Jilin Province retail trade allocation center and the physical distribution informationization's construction are also very imperfect, the allocation center efficiency is low, the function is unitary; the informationization technical level is backward, the utilization level is low. This existence’s question becomes the retail trade fast expansion the barrier. In view of these existence's question, we must in the allocation center, the physical distribution informationization construction speed up the pace of reform, unifies our country's actual situation, the socialized allocation center is the allocation center pattern which one kind is worth promoting; In the physical distribution informationization construction process, the enterprise should actual embark from oneself, locates the informationization accurately the demand level, consummates the informationization talented person's training system, processes between the informationization and the foundation management relations correctly. Certainly, the modern physical distribution system's construction should not limit with the enterprise, should from entire supply chain's angle embarking, the pursue supply chain physical distribution integration. The retail trade may depend upon it to grasp in the customer demand the superiority, the guidance supply chain member realizes the physical distribution information sharing, establishes the stable reliable strategy cooperation, the construction retail trade agile physical distribution. This article utilizes the fundamental research method, has induced the overseas retail trade physical distribution development experience, and carries on the contrastive analysis with our country's present situation, based on this carries on the preliminary discussion to the Jilin Province retail trade physical distribution's development, in the allocation center, the physical distribution informationization and the supply chain physical distribution construction aspect put forward some proposals.
