华北食品城共同配送研究

摘    要
 随着我国经济的进一步发展，我国批发企业也随之快速发展壮大。然而在快速发展的同时，这些企业的物流暴露出了成本高、效率低下、现代化水平低以及物流模式落后等缺点。共同配送是经长期发展和探索优化出的一种追求合理化的物流配送形式。共同配送对于货主或托运人、生产企业、商贸企业、物流企业、整个社会都具有积极的作用，如果说配送的出现，是物流的一大进步，而共同配送，则是配送优势的最全面体现。
 本文首先综述了共同配送的相关理论，在此基础上运用定量、定性分析和实证分析的方法分析华北食品城实施共同配送的可行性。最后基于此提出了完整的实施对策，包括实施原则、组织机构设计、配送中心的构建以及配送系统设计等方面。以确保华北食品城共同配送的顺利实施。

Research on Joint Distribution of the North China Food City
Abstract
 With our country economy further development, Our country Wholesale business also fast grows strong. However, with rapid development, these enterprises has revealed shortcomings, such as the high cost, low efficiency, low modern levels, out of date of logistics model. Joint Distribution is one kind of pursuit of rationalization allocation form which optimizes after the long-term development and the exploration. Joint Distribution have a positive effect on owners of goods or consignors, producing enterprises, business enterprises, logistics business enterprises and the whole societies .If it is said that the emergence for sending is a big progress of the logistics, and then joint distribution is the full expression of the advantage of distribution .
 This paper summarized the correlation theories of Joint Distribution at first. And then  use the theories to analyses the possible of joint distribution of the North China Food City.   Finally basing on this, the thesis proposes the integrity implementation countermeasure, including implementation principles, organization agency design, allocation center construction and the system design of allocation. To make sure the North China Food City’s Joint Distribution implementing successfully.
