冀州市热电厂发展战略研究

摘    要
 本文通过对企业战略管理理论的由浅入深的研究，在深入调查研究的基础上运用现代经济理论对国有企业改革与发展进行了比较系统的研究，以三年脱困后的国有企业改革为重点，探索了在新世纪，新起点如何进一步推进国有企业改革，映射了冀州市热电厂的战略管理方面存在的问题，并对行业的状况和企业形成这些问题的成因进行了细致入微的分析 ，发现了当前结构问题是经济社会发展中的深层次问题，要以经济结构调整为主线，搞好所有制结构调整，加快技术创新，加速政府职能的转变，为冀州市热电厂的发展战略管理指明了方向，从而更好地为企业服务。

Abstract
 Based on the Deep and Strategic Management Theory research, in depth research on the basis of modern economic theory and development of state-owned enterprises were more systematic studies to last three years after the reform of state-owned enterprises focus, explored in the new century, new starting point to further promote the state-owned enterprise reform, the mapping of the Jizhou City Thermal Power Plant of the problems in strategic management, and industry conditions and the causes of these problems, enterprises were meticulous analysis, we found the current structure of economic and social development in the deep-rooted problems, to economic restructuring as the main line, do a good job to adjust the ownership structure, accelerating technological innovation, accelerate the transformation of government functions, thedevelopment of thermal power plant for the Jizhou City identified strategic management direction in order to better serve enterprises.
