显德汪矿精细化管理的企业文化建设

摘    要
 冀中能源集团显德汪矿于2007年全新推出施行了一种新的企业文化，亦或是一种新的管理模式，它的全称是全面精细价值管理，英文简称为“TRV”管理。顾名思义，就是要在煤矿全部的部门里全面的施行精细化管理以获得最大的价值。
 本文以理论分析与实践研究相结合，全面、深入地探析冀中能源集团显德汪矿TRV管理的内涵和构建体系，把握企业文化的基础理论，并以此指导显德汪矿的TRV管理。在研究借鉴国内外现代企业文化建设理论和成功经验的基础上，重点讲述了近几年在煤炭行业获得很好成效的精细化管理。在全面分析显德汪矿TRV管理现状的基础上，总结提炼出精细化管理的主线和灵魂。最后指出实施煤矿精细化管理，是提升企业现场管理水平的迫切需要，是提高煤矿运行效率和提升企业效益的迫切需要，是企业应对激烈市场竞争的迫切需要，是企业不断的管理创新的需要。

Abstract
 Xian de wang coal mine of Jizhong Energy Group in 2007 introduced a new implementation of a new corporate culture, has a new management model, or its full name is the full precision value management, the English referred to as the "TRV" management.
