企业文化在企业管理中的作用

摘  要：
 在知识经济时代，企业文化的作用非常重大。本文首先从企业文化的定义、功能等方面认识企业文化，并由企业文化的功能作用初步得出重要性的结论，为下文提供基本的理论基础。接着直接阐述企业文化的重要性，并结合海尔和沃尔玛两个中外有代表性的企业文化实践情况全面生动的体现出企业文化的重要性，然后从企业文化对企业核心竞争力的影响、促使企业可持续成长的作用等几个方面来论证企业文化在企业发展中的巨大的作用，并且这是更深层次的作用。最后，基于企业文化的重要性，提出企业文化建设的几点建议并进行简单讨论。

Abstract

 In the era of knowledge economy, enterprise culture's function is significant. This article first from aspects and so on enterprise culture's definition, function knows the enterprise culture, and draws the important initially by enterprise culture's function conclusion, provides the basic rationale for as follows. Then directly elaborated that enterprise culture's importance, and unifies Haire and the Wal-Mart two Chinese and foreign has the representative enterprise culture practice situation comprehensive vivid to manifest the enterprise culture the importance, then from the enterprise culture to the enterprise core competitiveness's influence, urges the enterprise sustainable growth the function and so on several aspects to prove the enterprise culture in the enterprise development huge function, and this is the deeper level function. Finally, based on enterprise culture's importance, proposed that enterprise culture construction's several suggest and carries on the simple discussion.
