广东塑料交易所经营问题与对策探讨

摘    要

 广东塑料交易所的发展模式完全符合我国大宗工业原料流通领域发展创新的方向，并以规模投入、规范运作和创新理念在流通行业树立了典型。广东塑料交易所虽然成立不久,但是通过运用电子商务作为平台，高度重视交易模式的创新、服务模式的创新，引导着大宗工业原料现货电子交易市场发展的方向。
 首先，本文将概述广东塑料交易所的行业背景，其次，通过提出广东塑料交易所目前存在的人员流动大、交易模式不完善的问题，以及未来交易所要发展殛需解决的问题：现货仓储与物流配送能力不高、国际化发展的力度和水平低，并进行问题的分析，最后提出解决问题的对策。

Abstract

 Guangdong Plastics Exchange (GDPE) sets up an example in the fields as follow: the exchange model of development in the flowing of raw material in mass industry, as well as its devotion of company size, criterion in its operation, and innovative business mind. As a leader, GDPE uses the platform of electric business in the electric exchange market of raw material in mass industry which is by the way of merchandise on hand, from the aspects of exchange model, and innovative service, even though it is just found two years before.
 In this thesis, at first, I will introduce the background of the industry which GDPE belongs to. The second bring forward the problems which the GDPE faces presently. They are respectively the staffs flow too much frequently and the exchange model incomplete. Meanwhile, the problems GDPE has to solve in its future development, which are the limited ability of storage and logistics, as well as poor execution in exploitation of the abroad market. At last, I will put forward the measures which are referred.
