 摘   要
 有效的信息沟通非常复杂，如何及时有效地将信息传递给最终的目标就是个很大的问题，如果再遇到了组织间的文化背景差异，再加上组织处于重要的变革期，这时的沟通就会变得难上加难。
 当中国的家电企业纷纷进入激烈的竞争时怎样才能使企业的营销部门充分地发挥它的作用呢？不同的企业有基于他们见解的不同做法。但首先，作为企业直接面对客户的部门销售员工的沟通能力是一个硬性的要求。还有在现今的市场，产品、技术的同质化导致的价格战已使各企业疲惫不堪；为争取竞争优势，尤是在以信息作为的新经济中占领主导作用，我们与顾客的沟通渠道要求了信息到顾客手中的及时和准确。
 首先，本文将概述国内外家电的销售状况和背景，同时提到有关于沟通理论的研究背景。
 其次，本文将讲述家电销售部门中有关于沟通的种种现状，简述沟通中同事与同事的沟通，上司与下属之间的交流。
 再次，本文详细阐述家电销售部门中沟通渠道的建立，讲述解决沟通问题的方法和设施。
 最后，本文将简要叙述电销售部门的沟通情况，提出了如何沟通，如何架起桥梁，打开心窗。

 Abstract
 It's very complicated that we communicate effective information. It's a great issue that how to transfer information effectively and timely to the final aim and if we encounter the different organizations' culture background and in the important period of innovation, communication is more difficult.
 China's household appliance enterprises have entered the fierce competition how to enable the enterprise marketing departments to fully play its role? Different enterprises on their views of the different approaches. But first of all, as enterprises directly face the customer sales staff of the departments ability to communicate is a mandatory requirement. Also during today's markets, products, technology homogenization resulting price war has exhausted all enterprises; for competitive advantage, particularly in information as the new economy occupied a leading role Our customer communication channels to request the information in the hands of customers in a timely and accurate.
   At first, the paper will outline a range of domestic and international sales status and background, referred to the theory of communication research background
 The second, this article will talk about home appliances sales departments on the status of communication between the various briefly communication colleagues communication, between superiors and subordinates exchange
 At laxt, the paper elaborated electric appliance sales departments to establish channels of communication, solve communication problems on the methods and facilities.
 At the supplement the paper briefly describes sales departments -- communication, how to communicate, how to build bridges and open up that cover.
