摘要
广东省汕头市作为中国改革开放五大经济特区之一，近年来，走私、造假、偷税漏税等一系列的经济犯罪活动严重地损害了汕头的声誉，阻碍了汕头经济的发展，省内新兴工业城市东莞、惠州现已逐步赶超汕头。而民营企业作为汕头经济发展的最具生命力和活力的环节，其发展也受各方面因素的影响，具体包括企业创新力度不够，管理人才的缺失，内部管理制度实施力度不够，缺乏信息技术人才，以传统的来料加工业为主要产业模式，缺少地区品牌等。
本文从企业自身发展的角度出发，结合汕头具体情况，认为汕头民营企业的发展应重点落在人才引进机制、家族式管理体制如何改善，企业文化如何构建这几方面，并查找相关资料，对企业家进行访谈，整理资料后进行具体论述，提出在2015年，汕头民营企业应可保持年平均增长率15%，争取上市15家，省名牌企业增加到130家，中国名牌20家的战略目标。阐述民营企业在汕头经济发展中的地位和作用，提出了未来汕头民营企业发展战略思路

Strategy Study on Development of Shantou’s Private Enterprises

ABSTRACT
Guangdong Province, Shantou City, is one of the five special economic zones during China's reform and opening up. In recent years, smuggling, forgery, tax evasion and a series of economic crime have seriously damaged the reputation of Shantou. Dongguan, Huizhou, Shantou have been gradually catching up.Today's Shantou is under the pain of recession. And private enterprises, as the most vigorous economic development of Shantou and dynamic links, are also affected by various factors, including the lack of research and development of private enterprises, shortage of management talents, inefficiency of internal management system, lack of information technology personnels, unchanges in traditional mode of processing industry(still as the main industry), the lack of regional brands.
This paper, from the perspective of development, combined with the specific circumstances of Shantou, tries to point out that Shantou development of private enterprises that should focus on empolyment of talents,introducing mechanisms to improve the family management system, solving the financing problem, and taking the unique advantages of the port of Shantou,and building up a competitive culture.By collecting relevant information through entrepreneurs interview, processing the data , propose that Shantou private enterprise should be able to maintain an average growth rate of 15% in listing 15, 130 provincial famous enterprise to China's strategic goal of 20 brands in 2015.This paper makes a specific discussion on Shantou development, and point out the private enterprises in Shantou economic development status and their role in the future.Then strategy of development of private enterprises in Shantou is presented.
