摘      要
 这次毕业设计主要是改进以前的锅炉掏煤设备在使用过程中存在的不足之处。例如传动噪音很大，传动效率低等缺点。为改进这些方面的不足，而且还要增加能够自动摆角这一功能，所以我们要对该产品进行改进设计。这次的设计主要是要完成往复机构和摆角机构的设计以及完成总体设计并绘制总装图及零件图。
 通过设计任务分析，及一定的市场调查，完成了对该产品的改进设计，绘制了，装配图及零件图，很好的解决原产品的设计缺陷，达到要求的设计任务。这次的毕业设计使我们的综合知识运用能力有了一个质的提高，将为我们以后走上工作岗位打下坚实的基础。

Cutting coal boiler design of reciprocating machinery
Abstract
 The graduation project is mainly to improve on the previous dig coal boiler equipment during use existing deficiencies. For example, noisy transmission, transmission efficiency is low point. In order to improve these deficiencies, but also to increase the ability to automatically tilt angle of this function, so we need to improve the product design. The key is to complete the design of institutions and the tilt angle reciprocating mechanism design and completion of the design and the mapping of assembly drawings and part drawings.     Through the design task analysis, and some market research done to improve the product design, drawing, and assembly drawings and parts diagram, a very good solution to the original product design defect, the required design tasks. The graduation project so that our ability to have a comprehensive knowledge of the use of quality improvement, since we go to work for a solid foundation.
