摘     要
 甘蔗在食用前必须进行削皮处理，目前对甘蔗去皮方法主要是手工削皮。近年来，虽然已有削皮机问世，但是其功能和价格还不能达到使用者的满意。
 本文针对现有甘蔗去皮机存在的问题，在调研和查阅文献资料的基础上,设计出了一种适合于不同直径甘蔗的新型半自动削皮机械。对该机械的设计主要包括执行机构的设计，动力系统的选择，传动系统的设计等。执行机构应用了一个行星轮系同时实现切削刀具的主旋转运动及刀具的周向进给运动；传动系统采用带传动和链传动相结合。所设计的简易甘蔗去皮机具有结构简单、切削效率高、制造成本低等优点。该机器可以大大降低人工去皮的劳动强度，改变了传统的手工削皮方式，改善了现有同类设备的不足，提高了削皮的效率。

The Design Of Sugarcane Peeling Machine
Abstract
 Sugarcanes must be peeled before eating, but now we mainly peel by hands. Recently, through the peeling machine has been carried out, its function and the price are far more than satisfied.
 Based on investigation, documents and materials, this thesis designs a semi-automatic sugarcane peeling machine which is suitable for different sugarcanes with different diameters, in order to deal with these problems. We mainly design actuating element, power sysytem，drive system etc .The actuating element is mainly composed of multi-blade cutters which can achieve cutting tools’s rotation and circumferential feed at the same time;the drive system adopts the combination of belt drive and chain drive. The advantages of this simple peeling machine are simple in structure, effective in peeling, low in producing cost, etc. The machine can reduce the amount of labor intensity significantly, change the traditional hand-peeling style, improve the negative aspects of the same kind equipments, increase the efficiency of peeling greatly.
