摘  要
CPM下肢康复器又称持续被活动康复器，它是用来帮助膝关节置换手术的病人、下肢康复期患者恢复其关节功能的一种机器。
本文阐述了CPM康复器的特点和应用。设计了以端部关节驱动的CPM康复器，该机通过电动机输出动力，带动滚珠丝杠的旋转来驱动。文中对主要的受力杆件进行了受力分析和计算。校核了电机功率、轴承的寿命和销。绘制总装配图、伸缩杆、轴等工程图样。
该CPM康复器结构简单、紧凑，传动平稳。

Development of CPM exerciser for lower limbs
Abstract
