 摘     要
 
 随着生产力的迅速发展和现代化程度的日益提高，社会需求在不断增加，对粮食和矿产等资源的需求在进一步扩大，这使得对企业的生产能力的要求进一步扩大，而在这些企业中斗式提升机被广泛运用，在企业的生产流程中起到了输送并保证流水线工作顺畅的作用，一旦出现了问题就将影响到企业生产甚至停产。所以企业对斗式提升机的运载能力和稳定性的要求在不断提高，需求量也在进一步增大，因此它的发展前景十分看好。
 本文主要讲述了ZYL800斗提机驱动系统的设计，先对ZYL800斗提机驱动系统进行了总体方案设计，包括元器件组合方案、元器件选择方案等的确定；基于以上，绘制出本课题的最终模拟图，然后对驱动系统中各组成元部件的选型进行了详细分析、计算和校核，并对系统中各个连接件或过渡件进行结构的设计。

ZYL800 of bucket elevator driver system design
Abstract

 With the rapid development of productivity and the increasingly improvement of modernization , the society requirement is increasing , especially for foodstuff and mine , without question this will cause the improvement of throughput in enterprises. Bucket Elevator is pervasive used in all kinds of the enterprises ,which play a part to transport things and ensure producing line work normally, but if there is something wrong with it ,the producing will be badly influenced may be even stopped..So the requestments of Bucket Elevator‘s capability and stability are improved .What ‘s more important is that the need of the Bucket Elevator is increasing ,so theret is a beautiful future of it.
 This paper mainly describes the ZYL800 bucket elevator driver system design.. The overall program design of ZYL800 bucket elevator driver system has include to make sure the project of components and components choosing. Based on upwards ,I had draw this final simulant picture and did the analysis，account and proof-test of the components in drive system. And then I had designed the each configuration of the connecting part and the transition part.
