机床手柄注塑模设计
文摘要
 【摘要】本文对注射模具的现状及发展进行简单的概括，并分析了机床手柄塑件的特点，介绍了手柄注射模设计的模具结构特点和工作过程。本文还对具体方案进行了分析论证，并就最优化方案进行了设计计算，其中包括材料选择、模架的确立、注射机的选择、模具与注射机有关参数的校核、浇注系统的设计计算、成型零件的尺寸和公差计算、冷却系统的设计计算、脱模机构的设计计算等等。利用Pro/Engineer软件进行辅助设计，最后绘制了模具装配图和零件图，并进行设计审核。

The design of injection mold for machine handle
 [Abstract] we have a simple conclusion about the development of injection mold in this paper and analyzed the feature of Machine handle presentation the contractual feature and work process about injection mold of handle. This text does the analysis to the concrete project, and proceeds calculation to the most ideal project, among them include the material selection, establishment of the mold, inject the machine's choice, checking the parameter of mold with injection machine the design calculation of Sprinkling to note system, the size of the type spare parts is with the business trip calculation, the cooling system's design calculation, take off the design calculation of the mold organization the etc.Using Pro/Engineer  to aide design, Finally drew the assemble diagram and the spare parts diagram of this mold, and proceeded the design examine.
