 接触片的冲压模设计
 【摘要】本文阐述了冲压模具的概况、特点、以及在各方面的应用情况,对接触片的工艺性、经济性分析、排样图的设计、模具的方案确定、模具结构设计、模具装配图与零件图的绘制。
 接触片包括冲孔和落料两个基本工序，由于零件是大批量生产，因采用级进冲裁，以提高生产效率，方便操作。该零件材料厚度较薄，尺寸小，近似 T 形，采用45 度的斜对排样。为了保证零件的精度，模具采用导料板导向，侧刃定距的定位方式。零件厚度较薄，采用弹性卸料方式和导向相对平稳的对角导柱模架。

  Contact strip ramming mold design
 [Abstract]: This article elaborated the ramming mold survey, the characteristic, as well as in various aspects application situation, to contact strip technology capability, efficient analysis, platoon specimen map design, mold plan determination, mold structural design, mold assembly drawing and detail drawing plan.
  The contact strip and falls the material two essential working procedures including the punch holes, because the components are the mass production, because uses the level to enter the blanking, enhances the production efficiency, facilitates the operation. This components material thickness is thin, the size is small, the approximate T shape, uses 45 degree diagonally opposite row of type. In order to guarantee the components the precision, the mold uses leads the yard lumber guidance, leans locate mode which the edge is apart from surely. Components thickness is thin, selects the elastic ex-denning method and the guidance relatively steady opposite angle guide pillar pould frame.
