赛马车烟灰缸盖单型腔模具设计

摘 要

 我做的设计是赛马汽车烟灰缸盖单型腔模具设计，对此次注射模具的设计流程如下：首先是对塑料制品的分析，包括它的材料和形状尺寸等方面的要求。然后是注射机的选择，接下来是模具的具体设计，其中包括几个重要的部分，如型腔数的确定，分型面的确定，浇注系统，冷却系统，引气排溢系统，脱模机构，抽芯机构等部分的设计。设计中包括它们的具体尺寸、形状及形式的设计以及它们的性能用途的分析，尤其对于其中几个重要功能部件的设计分析：如如型腔数的确定，分型面的确定，脱模机构，抽芯机构。另外也对塑件的成型缺陷的分析与解决方面稍做概括。最后阐述了设计后对模具设计的一点心得和思路。

Abstract
 
 I do race car ashtray design is to build single-cavity die design .This paper mainly introduces the main design process of the injecting mold . First plastic product is analyzed, including its material and shape size and so on. Then injection machine is chosen, as well as the mold concrete design, including several important parts: the number of the cavity, the dividing face, designing of the injecting system, cooling system, air supplement and platoon overflows system, the outing mechanism, the mechanism for taking out the core and so on. Its concrete size, shape and form design and the analysis of its performance are also carried on, especially analysis of designs of some important functional parts in this paper. Also the molding of plastic parts of the analysis of defects in a small summary and solution..Finally attainment and the mentality of the mould design are demonstrated.
