摘要
 近年来，模具行业发展极为迅速，已成为我国工业发展的一个重要组成部分，对社会的发展起着很大的推动作用。
 本设计的题目是路宝车烟灰缸双型腔注塑模设计,首先对注塑模具的特点和塑件的结构和功能进行了分析，并在此基础上进行注塑成型工艺的可行性分析，合理选择注射机的类型并确定相关的工艺参数。本设计的重点在于对注塑模具的结构进行设计，它包括：成型零部件的设计、浇注系统的设计、排溢与引气系统的设计、机构的设计、温度调节系统的设计，由于塑件存在卷边和凹槽结构，所以塑件的取出是一个难点，综合考虑塑件的结构特征和脱模机构的特点，选择了斜导柱滑块侧向抽芯机构，并通过先抽芯后分型来完成塑件的取出动作，从而达到设计说明书的设计要求。

Abstract
 The development of the mould industry is extremely rapid in recent years. It has become an important constituent in industrial production of our country, playing a big impetus role in the development of our society.
 The topic of the design is the double-cavity injection mould design of the Ash-tray of Lu Baoche. The paper firstly analyzes the characteristic of injection mould and makes a structure and function analysis of moulds, based on which makes a feasible analysis of the shaping process, then chooses the type of the injection machine and determines the relative parameter. The core of the paper is structure design of the mould, such as the design of forming parts and component, the design of pouring system, the design of overflow and air-discharging system, the design of mechanism and the design of temperature adjusting system. The difficulty of this design is the structure design of pulling out form molds, especially the part that pulls out from sides. The paper has used the slanting guide pillar side to pull out the moulds, thus realized the requirement.
