摘  要

 通过查阅参考文献了解到，随着人民生活水平的提高，汽车工业的迅猛发展，汽车内饰件的塑料制品也得到了广泛的应用。于是塑料模具的生产技术已成为当今社会衡量国家产品制造水平高低的重要标志。展望未来，国际、国内的模具市场总体发展趋势前景美好，预计我国模具工业将在良好的市场环境下继续得到高速发展，我国不但成为模具制造大国，而且一定会逐步向模具制造强国迈进。
 本文叙述的是汽车扬声器罩注塑模设计，通过对塑料制品铸件模型的结构及尺寸分析，设计了注塑模具的设计方案、过程以及注塑模具的具体设计过程，其中包括：产品材料及结构的分析、注射机型号的选择、分型面的确定、抽芯机构及顶出机构设计、成型零部件的设计、浇注系统、冷却系统和复位系统的设计等等。

Abstract

 With the improvement of living standards, the rapid development of the auto industry, automobile interiors of plastic products can be widely used. So plastic mold production technology has become in today's society a measure of a nation's products and manufacturing standards of the most important signs. Looking to the future, both domestic and international markets Die general trend of development has a bright future.  This article narrates is the automobile loudsperker  cover note mold design, through to plastic product casting model structure and size analysis, design of plastic injection mold design, process and the plastic injection mold design process,   including: Product materials and structure analysis, injection machine models of choice, determine the surface, pulling mechanism and push-out design, Forming part of the design, pouring system, cooling system and the reduction of system design, and so on.
