摘要
    这篇文章包含了组合机床设计和AutoCAD程序开发两大部分。
 机床部分为松江180拖拉机后桥壳精镗组合机床总体设计。这部分包含了组合机床的简介，主轴箱的设计步骤，刀具和切削用量的选择及组合机床的总体设计。文档中系统地论述了组合机床工艺方案的制定，结构方案的设计及联系尺寸图、加工示意图、工序图的绘制。
 程序部分为交互式公差配合标注系统的设计。这部分包括问题的提出，方案的论证，相关程序的设计。其中相关程序部分又包括设计语言的选择，公差查询程序设计，尺寸公差标注和拖动程序及下拉菜单的制作。文章中系统的讲述了程序设计的方法。它解决了AutoCAD中，尺寸文本修改后，公差消失的问题，并且具有只需输入基本尺寸和公差等级即可自动查询出偏差值的功能，向AutoCAD使用者提供了一种简便的公差标注的命令。其源程序见附录。

SJ-180 tractor rear cross-body finish machining boring aggregate machine tool and design of interactive mark dimensional tolerance system
Abstract
     The paper consists of two parts, the design of aggregate machine tool and program in Auto CAD。
 The first part is overall design of SJ-180 tractor rear cross-body finish machining boring aggregate machine tool including brief introduction of aggregate machine tool, design steps of live axle axlebox，selection of tools and cutting dosage for aggregate machine tool。This paper describes establishment of technology planning, construction planning and three drawings systematically.
 The second part is the system design for interactive marking of tolerance on fit including submission and argument of the plan and establishment of relative programs where AutoLISP is adopted. Moreover an inquiry and marking program for tolerance and a pull-down menu are also proposed in this part.
 This paper resolves the problem about vanishing of the tolerance when dimension text is changed in Auto CAD and provides users with convenient marking commands for tolerance.
