对建立基于“积件”思想的网络教学资源库的探讨

摘要

 随着网络技术向远程、高速、多媒体方向的发展，它以更具人性化的应用方式推动着教育的信息化的飞速前进。已悄然登上教改舞台的网络教育跨越了时间和空间的距离，把获取信息的途径由教室、实验室和图书馆，扩展到互联网所覆盖的任何场所。然而，网络只是信息传播的载体，信息资源的汲取和共享才是人们使用网络的目的所在。要发挥网络教育区别于传统教育的优势，就必须有丰富的教学信息资源支持。因此，在教育领域，发展网络教育的核心是网络化教学信息资源库的建设。本文概述了我国网上信息资源的现状，提出了建立网络教学信息资源库的构想并从设计方案、设计原则、设计功能、设计结构等方面对网络教学资源库作了一些初步的探讨。同时还对集中统一管理网上信息资源、挽救网上文化遗产、避免资源浪费及提高检索效率提出了建议。

ABSTRACT
  
As the network technology expands into long-distance, high-speed, and multimedia orientation, it plays an important role in promoting the education's informationization in a more humanizational way. Network education, has already blended into the stage of education reform, spans the distance between time and space to spread the ways of capturing information from classroom, laboratory and library to everywhere the network can cover. Nevertheless, network is just a carrier of information transmit, the real purpose of employment of it is to draw and share the information. If we want to exert network education's advantage compared with traditional education, the abundant teaching resource is necessary. Therefore, in the field of education, the development of the network in the core network of information resources for the teaching building. This paper provides an overview of China's Internet information resources for the status quo, proposes the establishment of the network of information resources for teaching the concept and design, design principles, design functions, structural design aspects of the network resources made some preliminary discussion. Also the centralized management of the online information resources online to save cultural heritage, avoid wasting resources and improve the efficiency of recommendations.
