摘  要
现今的企业培训课件基于E-learning，融合了许多多媒体软件进行教学，很多企业开始引用这样的技术培训自己的员工，使得企业不需再像以往那样耗费大量财力、物力，以及人力去训练新人，但同时这些课件也存在着一些弊端。
通过分析一般企业课件中员工是否得到提升，反馈信息缺乏等不足之处，本研究首先从课件制作的流程、技术规范及工具着手，深入分析了开发该软件的可行性和必要性，并就软件的模块、功能、主要特点、功能技术实现及主要不足点进行了剖析。
该软件主要分为研发管理培训、车间管理培训、HR管理师培训、销售营销培训、仓储管理培训五个主题模块。主要采用struts1框架，JSP，MySQL，Flash等技术制作完成。
该软件以飞利浦公司为实体进行研究，在很大程度上沿用了以往企业培训课件的优点，同时也进行了改进。使得员工在使用这套课件时能够更高效的进行培训学习。为企业大大节省了培训人才的成本，提升员工对工作的积极性，增加企业的效益。

ABSTRACT
The coursewares of corporate training are based on E-learning, integrating a number of multimedia software for education, many companies started to use these training their employees, makes the enterprise not need to spend a lot of money as before, material, and manpower training for newcomers These courseware but there are some drawbacks.
Through the analysis of the general staff of enterprises are promoted courseware, feedback information lacks deficiency, etc. This study process from the courseware, technical specifications and tools to begin, in-depth analysis of the development of the feasibility and necessity of the software and to software modules, functions, main features, functions and technology insufficient analysis of the main points made.
The software is divided into R & D management training, management training workshops, HR manager training, sales marketing training, storage management for the five thematic modules. Mainly struts1 framework, JSP, MySQL, Flash and other technologies produced.
The software is based on Philips for the physical research, largely follows the usual advantages of corporate training courseware, but also improves. Using this courseware makes employees to be more efficient to train and learn. Significant savings for enterprise training costs, improve employee motivation to work and increase the efficiency of enterprises.
