实用英语视频教学资源库的设计与开发

摘  要

 资源开发是网络教育和现代远程教育工程的重要组成部分，教学资源库的建设可以集中大量的优秀教学资源，为教师备课及学生学习提供丰富、优质的教学素材，避免大量重复性劳动，同时也能为学生提供大量的学习资源。
 本文介绍了课件型“实用英语视频教学资源库”的设计与开发过程，就多媒体课件的概念、实用英语视频教学资源库以及多媒体相关制作软件进行介绍，并依据教学资源的设计与开发理论，运用现代教育技术、外语教学理论以及多媒体制作软件制作一个课件型实用英语视频教学资源库，对整个教学资源库进行了结构设计与功能设计，并在此基础上，对有关大学英语课程资源库的设计与开发，提出了一些见解。最后介绍了整个作品开发与制作的基本流程与相关技术。

ABSTRACT

 The development of teaching resources is important component of network and modern distance education project, the building of teaching resources can concentrates a large number of outstanding teaching resources. It provides rich and high-quality teaching materials for teachers’ lesson preparing and students’ learning. This will avoid large repetitive work and provide students with a lot of learning resources at the same time.
 This paper introduces the design and development process of the “resources of video-teaching in practical English”, talks about the conception of multimedia courseware, resources of video-teaching in practical English, and some correlative multimedia software. According to the theories of the design and development of teaching resources and abased on the teaching theories, we use modern educational technology and multimedia integration software to make out a courseware of video-teaching in practical English. Finally, it introduces the development and accomplishment of whole work’s basic production processes and related technologies.
