摘要
在科学技术越来越发达的现代，电视已经变的相当普及。而在各种各样的电视节目中，唯有新闻是广大市民最为关注的。通过对地方新闻片案例的研究发现地方新闻片正以其独有的亲民色彩、本色表达和先进的传播形态，在各级电视台雨后春笋般地红火起来，以人为本的执政理念影响着电视传播行为。新闻由“官本位”向“人本位”转移，是适应时代要求的能动反映，是人性化政治在新闻改革中的体现。

本课题主要是对地方新闻片拍摄与制作的案例进行分析研究，涉及到摄像技术、对编机的操作技术、新闻片的剪辑、后期制作软件的运用以及一定的写作能力等，这些都是地方新闻片拍摄与制作中必不可少的。

本课题主要包括新闻素材的拍摄、新闻稿的撰写、新闻的后期制作等三个方面。通过对地方新闻片的拍摄与制作的案例研究，整合出带规律和经验性的东西供相关人员参考借鉴。

ABSTRACT
In the science and technology become more and more developed in the recent time, television is becoming more and more population. But in the different television program, only the news is pays the most general residents attention. Through to the place newsreel case research we can discovered the place newsreel is being in sole possession of cherishes the people, the true colors expresses and the advanced dissemination shape, prosperously gets up in all levels of television stations mushroom growth, the humanist ruling idea is affecting the television dissemination behavior. The news by "the officialdom standard" change to "the person standard", is the able moving reflection adapts the time request, is human nature politics manifesting in the news’s reform.
This graduation project topic is "The research for Place newsreel case’s photography and manufacture ". This topic’s main inspection is photograph technology, to the arranging machine operation technology, the newsreel editing, the later period manufactures software and the certain writing ability, these are all essential in the place of newsreel photography and the manufacture.
This topic mainly includes the news material’s photography, the news draft’s writing, the news later period manufacture and so on. Through to the research of place newsreel photography and the manufacture case, to conformity the rule experience (including camera utilization, news release form frame, to arranging machine operation, PREMIERE and PHOTOSHOP waits till software utilization), manufactures the series newsreel.
