教育技术培训平台的设计与实现

摘  要
 教育技术培训对于进一步促进广大教师深入进行教学思想、教学方法、教学手段的整体改革起着非常积极的作用。随着信息时代的到来，人类知识更新的周期越来越短。如何使教学、培训能满足不同地点和不同学习时间人们的需要，已成为迫切需要解决的问题，传统的面对面培训方式在这方面已经力不从心。在这种情况下，教师教育技术培训的方式方法也相应地发生了较大的变化，基于学校的传统培训模式已不能适应新的形势和任务的需要，基于网络的教师培训模式必将成为教师培训多样化的重要选择，现代远程教育应运而生，远程教育是指师生凭借媒体所进行的非面对面的教育，它的优点在于使学生在不同时间不同地点，能与教师进行交互并完成学习任务。
 本文分析了教育技术培训网络教学平台的技术特点，主要对基于WEB的教育技术培训平台的主要实现技术进行了一些探讨，并提出了自己的设计思路。

 Design and Implementation of Educational Technology Training Platform
ABSTRACT
    Educational technology training for teachers plays a very positive role in the overall reform of thinking of teaching, teaching methods and teaching means. With the arrival of the information age, the cycle of the human knowledge renews is more and more short. The traditional face-to-face education way has already lacked the ability to enable the teaching and training to satisfy people's need in different time and different places. In this situation, ways and means of teacher education and technical training are largely changed correspondingly, and the traditional school-based training method has been unable to cope with the new situation and tasks. Web-based training method for teachers will become an important choice for teachers’ diversified training. The modern long-distance education arises. The long-distance education means that the teachers and the students rely on the media to carry out the non face-to-face education. Its advantage is that the students and the teachers interact with each other and complete the study task in different time and different places.
   This paper analyses the functions and the technical characteristics of the network-teaching training platform and mostly explores how the network-teaching training platform based on web technology is designed.
