材料成型及控制工程文档,文档编号:JX1382 文档字数:23074.页数:39 摘 要 注塑是热塑性塑料成型的主要方法之一,可以一次成型形状复杂的精密塑件。近年来,塑料产品和塑料模具得到了飞速的发展,应用也越来越广泛。本文为LCD盒设计了一副注射模。设计过程主要利用了UG和AutoCad工具软件,充分利用计算机辅助的优越性实现了设计方案。首先分析了塑件的工艺性,选择了单分型面模具,并利用UG Moldwizard模块完成了成型零部件的建模。然后,根据设计计算结果,在UG中完成了模具的推出机构、导向机构及其它结构零部件的建模,并且进行较核计算.最后利用AutoCAD绘制了该副模具的总体装配图和一些重要零件的零件图。所设计的模具结构简单,机构运行可靠,所绘制的模具图纸对实际生产具有指导意义。 关键词: 模具注塑 UG AutoCAD 模具设计 Abstract The injection formation is one of main methods for thermoplastic Injection Mould, may complex model closely by a formation shape. In recent years, plastic products and plastic mold has developed rapidly and their applications become more and more extensive. One injection mold for a type of LCD box was designed in this dissertation. The software tools of UG and AutoCad are mainly used in the design process,and the advantages of computer-aided design programs was fully utilized to achieve the design scheme. .Firstly, the author chose a single parting surface for the mould according to the analysis of the plastic part craft, and finished mold parts modeling with the UG Moldwizard. Then based on the design results, all the other components assemblies were modeled in the UG, such as the modeling of ejection parts, guide parts ,and other structure parts and so on and be in progress having a serious trial with the core secretly scheming against. Finally,. the assembly drawing and some of the important parts drawings were made in the AutoCad. As a whole the mould is simple in structure and good at working reliability. The design of this injection mold is of some significance for the fact production. 目 录
