鞋底的三维实体造型及其成型工艺与模具设计

摘 要
 
 根据MONTAGUNT265鞋底设计其三维模型和效果图，设计出相应的模具结构，并对其进行了静态分析和装配干涉检验，在此基础上完成鞋底模具设计。然后参考企业的生产经验，利用Pro/E Wildfire的外挂软件塑料顾问（Plastic Advisor）对大底的成型工艺性进行了简单的分析。其次导入模架设计专家系统EMX，结合同类产品的生产经验和注塑模理论知识，对大底的注塑模具包括浇注系统、排气系统、导向与定位机构、脱模机构、侧向分型及抽芯机构、温度调节系统等进行了具体的结构设计和三维实体建模。最后进行了模具装配设计，完成了模具装配图和零件图绘制。

Abstract
 This article mainly designs its three-dimensional model and the effect chart according to the MONTAGUNT265 skin shoe-sole， designs the corresponding mold structure，and has carried on the static analysis and the assembly interference examination to it， completes the shoe-sole mold design in this foundation. Then the reference enterprise's production experience， used Pro/E Wildfire outside to hang software plastic consultant (Plastic Advisor) to take shape the technology capability to the bottom shell to carry on the simple analysis. Next inducts the mold frame to design expert system EMX， the union similar product production experience and the note Plastic mold theory knowledge，cast the mold to the bottom shell including to pour the system， the exchaust gas system， the guidance and the detent mechanism， the drawing of patterns organization， lateral dividing and pulls out the core organization， the temperature control system and so on has carried on the concrete structural design and the three dimensional entity model. Finally has carried on the mold assembly design， has completed the mold assembly drawing and the detail drawing plan.
