奇瑞车工具箱单型腔注塑模设计

摘  要

 注塑模具在现代工业中起着越来越重要的作用。本设计是奇瑞车工具箱单型腔注射模设计，其中包括分析了注射机型号的选择、分型面的确定、抽芯机构及顶出机构设计、成型零部件的设计、浇注系统、脱模机构设计、冷却系统设计等。并绘制了模具的装配图和动模定模图，并对模具以及主要零件进行了CAD绘图。由于产品存在侧向孔需要抽芯，而斜导柱机构可以实现侧抽动作，且结构简单，制造和安装方便，故本设计采用斜导柱顶出机构。

Abstract

 The mould plays a more and more important role in modern industry. Chery cars in this design are single-cavity injection mold design toolbox. Including analysis of the injection machine model choice、Determination of sub-surface, pulling out of the top agencies and institutions designed、Forming parts of the design, Gating system, ejection mechanism design, cooling system design. And the mapping of the mold assembly diagram and dynamic model scheduled to die map, and mold and the major part was CAD drawing. As the product side there is need to pull out the core hole, while the bevel pillar of institutions can achieve lateral pumping action, and the simple structure, manufacture and easy to install, so the design uses Bevel capitals out of institutions.
