文档编号:JX1667 文档字数:12264.页数:35 附任务书,开题报告,外文翻译,CAD图,SLDDRW图 塑料铆钉自动装配机设计 摘要 本文主要介绍了塑料铆钉自动装配机机构设计。尼龙铆钉又叫塑料铆钉,因为常见的塑料铆钉都采用弹性较好的尼龙制成,故而得名。故名思意,尼龙铆钉是铆钉的一个分支。其作用是对两个分离的物件起到铆合作用。大致原理与金属铆钉类似。目前,塑料铆钉大多采用人工装配,本设计针对这种装配方式工人劳动强度大,效率不高, 装配质量也不稳定的缺陷设计出自动装配机。本文重点介绍了塑料铆钉自动装配机中棘轮传动机构与机架结构的设计。其中详细介绍了棘轮传动机构中的齿条,摆杆齿轮,棘轮摆杆齿轮的设计。再对各相关零部件相关参数进行设定并使用Solid Works绘制三维模型。最后完成塑料铆钉自动装配机整机装配。由于机械自动化工作方式具有可通过调整软件来适应需求的良好柔性,特别适合于多品种、小批量产品的生产、是缩短产品开发周期、加速更新换代的重要途径。 PLASTIC RIVET AUTOMATIC ASSEMBLY MACHINE DESIGN ABSTRACT This article mainly introduced the design of the plastic rivets automatic assembly machine. And then set the relevant parameters of the relevant parts and draw three-dimensional model with Solidworks. Finally assemble the whole automatic assembly machine for plastic rivets.
