卧式管接头14英寸管螺纹套丝机设计

摘要
   管螺纹套丝机是目前加工管螺纹简单且效率高的螺纹加工设备。针对管接头1/4英寸管螺纹的特点，本设计采用了低速、小体积的卧式套丝机结构，通过主轴反转退刀，夹具快速装卸满足专用机床的要求。套丝完成后，只需用手轻转进刀手轮即可进行下次加工，大大的降低了劳动强度。
   本套丝机通过运用带轮传动来实现过载保护，运用齿轮传动保证传动的平稳性以实现主轴稳定的转速，且本设计采用单一转速针对1/4英寸管螺纹的加工，省去很多不必要的零件，很大程度上降低了成本，并且减少了机身重量与体积，使生产地点扩大化，同时操作简单也降低了加工工件的成本。
   本设计采用左右活动箱体，组装方便快捷，且利于拆卸维修，解决许多安装不便的问题，但是拆卸箱体后组装时要注意箱体的密封，否则会导致漏油或者灰尘杂物进入箱体，影响加工精度和使用寿命。

summary
 Pipe thread of silk machine is currently processing pipe thread simple and high efficiency of the threaded processing equipment. In the tube connectors 1/4 inches pipe thread characteristic, this design USES a low speed, small volume of horizontal set of silk machine structure, through the spindle reversal recede cutter, fixture rapid loading and unloading meet special machine tool requirements. After completion of silk, just with handle gently turn feed the handwheel can greatly reduce the next processing, intensity of labor.
 This set of silk machine using belt drive to achieve overload protection, using gear transmission ensure transmission to achieve stability, and the speed spindle stability for the design USES a single speed 1/4 "pipe thread processing, save a lot of unnecessary parts, greatly reducing the costs, and reduce weight and size the fuselage, make the production site enlargement, and simple operation also reduce the cost of machining.
 This design USES the or so activities box, convenient, and assemble to remove maintenance, solve many problems, but the installation of inconvenience to remove cabinet assembly after the seal, or attention cabinet can cause leakage or dust sundry cabinet, affect machining precision and service life.
