文档字数:31378.页数:63 附CAD图, 外文翻译 摘 要 本设计是赛马汽车中控盒挡板单型腔注射模设计,具体设计内容包括:注射机型号的选择、分型面的确定、抽芯机构及顶出机构设计、成型零部件的设计、浇注系统、冷却系统和复位系统的设计;此外,还对塑料注射模其他零部件进行了较为简单的设计。利用UG绘图软件绘制的中控盒挡板模具的三维实体图形,体现设计的重点部分为:凸凹模的设计、抽芯机构的设计等。其中,在整体式和整体嵌入式凸凹模的选择中作分析挑选,并加以论证,特别是凹模的型腔侧壁及底部壁厚的计算是占重要地位,分别利用刚度和强度做以说明选取合适的厚度来满足造型,最后再辅以中控盒挡板模具的凸模、凹模以及总装配图阐述了本设计的主要内容。 关键词:注射模;凹模;分型面;抽芯机构 Abstract The design is controlled race car in a single box baffle cavity injection mold design, specific design elements include: injection machine models to determine the surface, core-pulling mechanism and the top of the design, molding parts of the design, casting system, cooling system and reset the system design; In addition, other parts of plastic injection mold for a relatively simple design.
