黄绍竑治桂、理浙的教育举措研究
摘要
 黄绍竑是民国时期的风云人物，注意发展文化科学及地方教育。1925年8月至1929年5月，黄绍竑主政广西，曾采取了一系列的教育措施，如：选派留学生出国深造、增筹教育经费、创办广西大学、培养师资、办理瑶民教育等，对广西教育发展起到了积极作用。1934年12月至1936年12月，出任浙江省主席，对浙江的教育没有重大举措。1937年12月至1946年3月，第二次出任浙江省主席，大搞教育建设，如：创办英士大学、提出“战时教育第二平时教育第一” 的口号、确定1944年为浙江教育年、资助公教团警子女入学、设置科学奖金与科学研究费等，推动了战时浙江教育的恢复和发展。

The Research of Huang Shao-hong’s Developing Education Initiatives during the Period of Provinces Gui and Zhejiang
Abstract
 Huang Shao-hong was a famous politician during the period of the Republic of China, paid attention to the development of culture and science and local education. From August 1925 to May 1929, Huang Shao-hong powered in Guangxi, has taken a series of education measures, such as: selected students go abroad for further study, increasing funding for education financing, founder of Guangxi University, teacher training, public education for Yao. From December 1934 to December 1936, He served as President of Zhejiang Province, during this time there have been no major initiatives in education. From December 1937 to March 1946, the second time as President of Zhejiang Province, he carried out education building, such as founding Ying Shi University, putting forward the slogan of "Wartime education in the second, peacetime education first ", identifying 1944 as the Zhejiang's Education Year, funding children of Superintendent of Catholic Mission to school, setting up science prize and scientific research expenses.
