清代鬱林书院研究

摘要
 书院是我国古代的一种教育组织形式。鬱林书院在清乾隆前，受到抑制，发展较慢。乾隆后，政府放宽建置书院的限制，地方官员、乡绅、民众踊跃捐资创办书院，书院得到较快发展。清末，书院大都改办为学堂，退出历史舞台。书院在管理方面，对山长的选聘与待遇、学生的管理、经费管理作了规定，保证了书院的办学。书院在培养人才，敦化民风 ，为新式教育奠定基础等方面产生了作用

Research on YuLin Academy in Qing Dynasty
 
Abstract
 The academy is a kind of organization form of education in ancient times in our country.  YuLin academy was inhibited before QianLong period.The government relaxed the organizational system of limiting academy,the academy was faster development by official、gentry and people who donated capital eagerly .Academy was quited the arena of history in late Qing Dynasty.The running of academy was guaranteed by the rule which aspects like yamanaga’s invitation and employment, student's management,the funds in management.The academy had producted efection of development in local talent, polishing popular custom and the base on mew form education to consummates .
