 新课改下历史师范生的培养策略
 摘要
 新课改的实施对教师的素质提出了新的要求，要求教师具有全新的教育教学理念、多元的知识结构和较强的教育教学能力。本文根据新课改背景下历史教师教学过程中对新课程理念的理解不够，知识储备不足，对教材的把握不够准确等。结合历史师范生培养过程中存在的类似的问题，提出了新课改下历史师范生的培养策略。其策略主要包括加强历史师范生对新课改的了解，完善其知识结构，培养其健康的心理品质和提高其运用多媒体网络技术的能力。

 On the Training Strategy of Normal Students Under the New Curriculum Reform
 
 
 Abstract

 The implementation of the new curriculum has new demands to the quality of teachers, requiring teachers to have a new concept of education and teaching, comprehensiveness knowledge and a ability of teaching. In this paper, under the new curriculum teaching the context of the history, the process of understanding is not enough about the concept of the new curriculum.Be short of the knowledge, such as no accurate enough. According to the history of teacher training , existence of a similar problems. So it is necessary to find a new history curriculum for health about the teacher training strategy. The strategy include understanding the new curriculum,strengthen their ability of teaching,forming the healthy mentality and raising the ability of operation multi-medium network.
