论战后日本教育改革及启示

摘要

 二战结束后，在美国占领军的监督下，日本进行了历史上的第二次教育改革。这次教育改革是继明治维新后日本进行的又一次全面、彻底的教育改革，它不仅使日本国民的整体素质得到普遍提高。同时，为社会培养出一大批中、高级科技人员，以及适应经济高速发展需要的熟练劳动力，为日本经济起飞，成为世界经济强国奠定了基础。日本重视教育，对正在进行社会主义现代化建设，努力奔“小康”的中国来说，很有借鉴意义。日本政府十分重视坚持优先发展教育事业，不断进行教育体制改革，使之适应经济和社会发展的需要。这对日本普及国民教育、提高国民素质和劳动大军的国际竞争力、加速实现现代化以及实现21世纪全球化战略，都将产生重大影响。中国应当从日本的第二次教育改革中得到很多启示，从中借鉴和吸取有益经验。

On Educational Reform of Japan After W.W.Ⅱ.

Abstract

 After World War II ended, the occupying forces in the United States, under the supervision of Japan was second on the history of education reform. Japan attaches importance to education, the ongoing socialist modernization drive, and strive towards the "well-off" in China, is learn. The Japanese Government attaches great importance to persist in giving priority to the development of education, the ongoing reform of the education system in order to meet the economic and social development needs, the Japanese nationals universal education, enhance the quality of the labour force and the international competitiveness, accelerate the realization of modernization and achieving 21 century globalization strategy, which will have a significant impact. China should be the second from Japan got a lot of inspiration in the education reform, which draw useful experiences and lessons.
