[旅游专业]章安古镇文化旅游资源开发刍议

文档提要：位于浙江东南沿海台州湾畔的章安古镇，历史文化底蕴十分丰富，当地政府把建设历史文化名镇、旅游强镇列为重要发展战略。但存在着保护措施不力、地面古迹和地下文物损毁情况较为严重，历史文化资源挖掘不足、缺乏市场吸引力，环境与设施不协调、缺乏系统规划综合开发，开发建设资金投入不足、宣传促销不到位、旅游解说系统尚处原始状态等问题。笔者对其国内罕见的“八大文化”进行了充分挖掘，提出了多管齐下进行保护性开发的方案。

Abstract：Located on Taizhou bay of southeast Zhejiang province, Zhang an , an acient town ,enjoys profound cultural and historical resources。The important developmental strategy of local government is to build zhangan ,the historical town with unique culture,as a famous touriem resort. However,the shortage of protection, the ruins of ground monuments and underground relics , the inadequate mining of historical  resource, as well as the lack of market appeal, the uncoordination of enviroment and facilities, and also the lack of system planning and comprehensive development ,  the less funds of development and construction as well as propaganda and promotions ,and original state of tourist guide word, are existing problems .The author take the deep research of its “eight culture”,which is very rare in china,and advice many protective program。
