基于业务流程劳务派遣用工问题分析对策--人力资源

摘   要
本文讨论了劳务派遣的概念、劳务派遣中的相关关系及其产生的背景和发展现状。从理论上、法律角度和企业的发展角度对华润雪花啤酒（长沙）有限公司的劳务派遣用工中的相关问题进行了分析，基本解决了目前存在的用工不规范、流程效率低下的现状，并对以后的研究方向进行了展望。
本文第一部分对劳务派遣理论进行了概述，并分析了企业选择劳务派遣用工形式的动机；第二部分对华润雪花啤酒（长沙）有限公司的现状及存在的问题进行诊断，以及对本次劳务派遣用工问题分析的必要性进行阐述；第三部分在前两部分的基础上，结合公司的派遣员工管理流程，对劳务派遣用工问题分析的方案进行设计和实施，形成派遣员工管理规定；第四部分是本次劳务派遣用工问题分析的结果进行评价，总结此次问题分析的优点和不足；第五部分是对^论文的总结和研究方向的展望。

ABSTRACT
This article discusses the concept of a labor dispatch, dispatch of the relevant labor relations and the background and development of the status quo. In theory, the legal point of view and perspective of the development of enterprises of China Resources Snow beer (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. to send the labor and employment related issues in the analysis, basically solved the existing labor regulations, inefficient processes of the status quo, and the future direction of the prospect.    In this paper, the first part of the labor theory of sending a summary and analysis of the enterprises choose to send the labor and employment forms of motivation; second part of the China Resources Snow beer (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. of the status quo and problems of diagnosis, and the sending of this labor Analysis of employment issues on the necessity of the third part of the first two parts, on the basis of the combined company to send staff management processes, the dispatch of labor and employment issues of the programme design and implementation, to send a staff management; Part IV This is a labor and employment issues to send the analysis of the results of an evaluation, summed up the problem of the strengths and weaknesses; Part V is a summary of papers and research prospects.
