 本次毕业设计的主要任务是滨江花园11#商务标的编制工作。工程建筑地点位于浙江省杭州市。工程层数为五、六层加闷顶。建筑总面积为：2691.2m2,砌筑施工质量控制等级为B级。结构类型为砖混结构。建筑场地为三类土，基础采用天然地基。建筑结构安全等级二级，设计使用年限为50年。室内设计标高为±0.000，室内外高差300mm。根据已有的建筑和结构资料图，计算工程量，依照浙江省建筑工程预算定额计算出工程总造价。根据已有的工程量，按照工程量清单规定，编制一份工程量计价清单并进行综合报价。
