 摘要：近年来，得益于数字制作技术的推广和市场营销理念的深化，我国国内电影市场呈现出持续的繁荣景象，国有大型电影集团和民营电影公司的资本运作日益成熟，中小型企业也在不断摸索壮大自己的发展模式，中国电影正迈入一个高速运营的资本时代。特别值得关注的是，中国电影业在新型融资模式上进行了有力的探索和实践，涌现出很多经典的案例和成功的融资模式，关于新型融资模式的理论研究呼之欲出。结合大量的理论和案例分析可得，电影融资模式的现代与否已成为电影产业跨越式发展的杠杆。在资本给中国电影带来深刻影响的今天，新型模式所搭建起的制片融资链条，将是决定中国电影产业能否在日益激烈的国际竞争中谋求生存与发展的一条生命线。唯有充分借鉴电影产业发达国家的先进经验，积极的利用各种新型融资模式来吸引更多、更专业的投资资金，逐步优化融资结构，才能以更加坚定的步伐走中国电影市场化、产业化、集团化之路，最终建立并完善起具有中国特色的融资体系。

STUDY ON THE NEW FINANCING PATTERN OF FILM PRODUCTION OF CHINA
 ABSTRACT: In recent years, thanks to the promoting of digital production technology and the developing of marketing ideas in China，domestic film market shows continuing prosperity。Capital operation of large state-owned film company and private movie studios is becoming increasingly mature，while small and medium enterprises are also constantly exploring how to strengthen themselves, China is entering an era of capital operation in rapid speed。What worth particular concerns is that，with profound exploration and practice in the new financing model, Chinese film industry has many classic cases and successful financing models. The study on the theory of new financing model in China is ready to come out. Combined with a lot of theory and studies, whether modernized or not, the film financing models has become the lever of rapid development of the film industry. In the capital to bring a profound impact on Chinese film today, the new model from the production set up the financing chain, will determine whether the Chinese film industry in the increasingly fierce international competition to seek survival and development of a lifeline. Only with further exploration into the advanced experience of the film industry in developed countries, active uses of innovative financing models to attract more and more specialized investment funds, and gradually improve financial structure, a more firm steps to take China's film market, industrialization Group of the road, and ultimately establish and perfect from the financing system with Chinese characteristics.
